Every Omni Chip Location in Fortnite

Everything you need to know about the versatile Omni Sword Harvesting Tool and how to unlock all of its styles. What everyone likes the most fortnite and its Battle Pass is the wide variety of cosmetic items. However, there is more to some cosmetic items than meets the eye – which is the case with the Omni Sword harvesting tool.

The Omni Sword is a reprogrammable pickaxe that players can customize to their liking to achieve different looks according to their preferences. It is very similar to the Chapter Two Season Seven Battle Pass skin, Kymera. For Kymera, you had to collect alien artifacts, then you could completely customize the skin to your liking by purchasing additional styles. It may seem confusing, but we’ve written this article to guide you through this process.

How to get the Omni Sword

First of all, before learning how to get more styles, you really need to get your hands on this cosmetic. You must own the Battle Pass to obtain the Omni Sword. It is unlockable as soon as you purchase the Battle Pass. It only costs seven battle stars and it’s right on the first rewards page.

Once you have the pickaxe, visit the Battle Pass tab and select the Reprogram Omni Sword section. Here you can discover all the combinations available for the Omni Sword.

Reprogramming the Omni Sword

There are four categories of customizationone for the blades, one for the guards, one for the colors and another for the sounds. To access a certain customization option you will have to purchase it using Omni Chipsa new currency this season which is only used to purchase Omni Sword styles.

Blades

There are 14 blade options. Ten of them are unlockable immediately, but the final four have prerequisites that must be met for them to become available. Here’s what you need to do to access it:

• Shadow killer style – Claim three Blades
• Precise styling – Claim six blades
• Hyperstrike Style – Claim nine blades
• False Kata – Claim 13 Blades

Guards

There are seven custody options. But the hilt of the hilt also has additional style once you customize the sword. Once you unlock the Dazzling Spirit style for the Tsuki 2.0 skin, you will also have the option to use it on your Omni Sword. Two of the guards have prerequisites, here’s how to get them:

• Elegant styling – Claim three guards
• Ceremonial style – Claim six guards

Colors

There are 14 color options. Ten of them are available from the start, but there are four that you will have to work harder for.

• silver style – Claim three colors
• Illuminated Style – Claim six colors
• Crimson Quartz Style – Claim nine colors
• Carbon style – Claim 13 colors

Sounds

There are seven sound options. Two of them require a little extra effort to unlock. Here’s what you’ll need to do to get them:

• Ultralight Plasma – Claim three sounds
• Static Whisper – Claim six sounds

If you want to customize your Omni Sword, all you have to do is go to the Locker tab and in the Harvesting Tool section choose the sword. Then select the Change Style option and there are all sorts of options depending on what you have already purchased with Omni Chips. You can even choose different lower and upper blades as well as the type of pickaxe.

Omni Sword Quests

To get all styles of the Omni Sword, you will need to get tons of Omni Chips. There are two ways to earn Omni Tokens, either by completing Omni Sword Quests or completing Season Quests.

For each Season Quest you complete, you will receive two Omni Tokens. So every week you should be able to get 14 Omni Chips this way. For every Omni Sword quest you complete, you will get three Omni Chips. Every week, three new Omni Sword quests will be released, so you can get nine extra Omni Chips every week this way.

Omni Sword quests require you to travel to a certain location on the map and physically pick them up. Much like Season Quests, new ones will go live every Thursday as the Season progresses.

week one

It’s the first week of Omni Sword quests and to start, there are three named locations you’ll need to visit in order to collect the Omni Chips. To collect them, all you have to do is approach them once you find their location and go through them. The chips look like a red rectangular floating object and there are three Omni chips in each slot.

second week

The second set of weekly Omni Sword quests has been released. But that’s not all, the weekly quests also release on the same day as the Omni Sword quests, and there are seven new weekly quests, which means you can get 14 extra Omni Tokens on top of the ones you get regular sword quests – so be sure to complete those as well.

Now is the time to locate and collect the recently released Omni Chips and unlock new parts for your sword. Here are all of this week’s Omni Chips locations:

Third week

The third week of Omni Sword Quests brings us three new Omni Chips to collect. Luckily, some of these locations coincide with the points of interest you’ll need to visit for most weekly season quests, so you can try and do them all in the same match. Here is where you can find the Omni Chips:

Week 4

This week, Omni Chips have been placed in more complicated places, especially if you try to find them as soon as they are released. If you decide to get them later in the season, you shouldn’t have as much trouble because now Condo Canyon is under attack while the Seven try to reclaim it from the IO forces.
